Travel fees are based on the distance from our office in Austin, TX to your location. We use Google Maps to calculate the most direct route and charge accordingly based on our mileage tiers.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans change. There is no cancellation fee if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. For cancellations with less notice, a $25 fee may apply.

Do you offer emergency services?

Yes, we offer emergency and rush services for urgent notarization needs. Additional fees apply for same-day or after-hours service, as indicated in our pricing tables.
